STUDENT AGREEMENT

I Agree to pay the course fee in full prior to the beginning of the first class. No refunds will be granted after the beggining of the second class if 3 days have lapsed after signing the Student Contract. I pledge to be present and on time for all scheduled class sessions. I will be prepared and will participate in class as required.

A certifcate of achievement is presented to those students who successfully complete the 40 Hour course and who's Tuition is paid in full. It is recommended that Registration and payment be completed 7 days prior to the start date of the class selected. Walk-in's welcome for an additional $10.00.

I agree to pay the non-refundable $40 deposit when registering for the class. The balance will be due the first day of class. The total cost of tuition is $199.
